Setup a technical user
You can control the data access by our services through a technical user. The Raiqon platform will only provide analysis on items which this technical user has access to.
Setup Technical user group
We recommend to setup provide access through a Technical user group with two permissions:
Rest / Remote API - Access
Permanent: needed to access the data for analysis
Create Project
Only for the first sync: The Raiqon platform can be configured through a configuration project and the service will create this project automatically on the first contact.
Technical group setup
Login with a system administrator account
Go to user group settings: System Admin / User Groups
Create a new group named as Technical
Provide Create Project and Rest / Remote API - Access permissions
Save the group
Assign the technical user to the group
Assign the Technical group to projects
The Raiqon.ai platform access can be controlled through the technical user permissions.
If you want your project to be included in the analysis you need to add the technical user to the project:
Navigate to the project member settings page.
Create a new Technical Role for the project and configure it to provide access to the tracker items.
NOTE: This highly depends on your own permission system requirements.
Role settings:Add the Technical group to the project with the Technical role assigned.
